Today Shannon Anderson age 24 from Seaham appeared at court for sentencing with regards to her guilty plea of sexual activity with a child where she received :

- 2 years imprisonment suspended for 2 years

- 10 years sex offenders register

- No un-supervised contact with any male under 16

Shannon has been given custody of her 1 year old child she already has and will keep the child she is pregnant with at the moment which is due in 7 weeks.

Shannon must inform her family members of her conviction if she wants to see them and they have male children under 16.
